Our Priority - YOU!

We do recognize that your time is valuable, and make every effort to keep on time with our appointment schedule.  However, due to the demands of emergencies, deliveries and telephone calls, we occasionally run behind.  If you are concerned about your wait time, you may call our office before your appointment to ask if your doctor is on schedule.

One of the River Oaks OB/GYN physicians is available 24-hours a day, seven days a week.   If you have an emergency situation that arises during the day, remember that River Oaks OB/GYN is just a phone call away.  You can discuss your condition with one of our staff nurses.  She will take down all pertinent information, and consult with your physician or one of the other physicians - if your physician is not available.  The nurse will call you back with a recommendation from the physician regarding your situation, or to schedule an appointment for an office visit.

When you call after hours, the answering service will take your information and have the on-duty physician return the call as soon as possible.  If your condition requires a different specialist for evaluation and treatment, you may be referred to another physician or to the Emergency Room.
