To schedule an appointment with a physician or nurse practitioner, you can call our office during regular office hours at: GYN Appointments (574) 522-5562 or OB Appointments (574) 295-8805.
Please be sure to note your future appointments on your calendar, and save your appointment card. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, call as soon as possible so your cancelled appointment can be used for another patient. Our office staff makes every effort to schedule your appointment as quickly as possible. Patients with emergency situations will be given priority and are scheduled promptly.
For annual preventative care exams, a reminder card will be sent to you three months before your exam is due. Upon receipt of this notification we invite you to call to schedule your appointment. If you do not receive a card, please call our office at least three months prior to your annual exam.
