Childbirth Classes for Expectant Parents
The Special Beginnings Unit of Elkhart General Hospital are excited about your pregnancy. For those of you having your first baby, 
childbirth classes can be an important part of your preparation for this event. By becoming familiar with the labor and delivery process, and with the Special Beginnings Unit, you can learn what can be done to make this an easier process by learning both medical and non-medical ways to keep you more comfortable during labor. EGH realizes how valuable your time is and so they offer a weekend childbirth class for those of you with busy or unusual work schedules.
If you are not having your first baby but want to brush up on the process of giving birth, there are also classes on childbirth for you. If you have not delivered a baby at Elkhart General, you may find a tour with an opportunity to ask some questions may be what you need.
