Financial Information

The River Oaks OB/GYN staff makes every effort to ensure all fees are fair and reasonable, and to provide our patients with efficient medical care.   To control costs, we ask that co-pays, co-insurance and deductibles be paid at the time of service.   For your convenience, we accept payment in the form of cash, personal check or credit card (VISA, MasterCard or Discover Card.)

Please keep us informed of any changes in your address, phone number or insurance information.   If you have insurance coverage, please remember to bring your card(s) to every visit.

Remember insurance is a method of reimbursing the patient for fees paid to the doctor, and is not a substitute for payment to the doctor.   It is your responsibility to pay any balance not paid by your insurance company.

Large fees, such as those for surgery or obstetric care - especially if not covered by insurance - can impose a burden on a family's financial resources.   Please contact our Patient Accounts Department for assistance in arranging a payment plan.   If you have any questions regarding your account, please call (574) 295-8566.
